Course: Multimedia/Web Page Design I

Have you ever wanted to make your own web , create your own animation, use a digital camera and scanner, and/or have the ability to add some special effects to images that you create? If you answered yes, then this is the course for you! Students will learn the basic steps of web design from conception to inception. H.T.M.L. web site language will be introduced as the vehicle for web site creation. They will use software such as: Adobe Photo Shop and Image Ready to help manipulate images and create animations from scratch. They will gain knowledge and understanding of scanners and digital cameras through hands-on use. Dreamweaver HTML Editing Software will be introduced, so that students will have an opportunity to combine text, sound, animation, and graphics into the development of a multimedia web page they create. Employers are looking for people who have a range of technological and Web Design Skills!
